SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are sent by First Class Airmail. Postage prices are based on Elta (Greek Post) weight/price tables. All items have been given actual weights in kilograms. All weights are added up in the checkout and the relevant charge is made automatically. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-5 working days of you placing them, however, some items on this site are delivered straight from the manufacturer and will take longer to arrive. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30-40 days of your order. If you do not receive your order after this time has passed please get in touch with us.
If for any reason you or any person at the delivery address refuses to accept the delivery of the products, all risk in the products shall pass to you and we may, at our discretion charge for return of the products to us, a storage fee and a redelivery fee to another address nominated by you. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us, and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you within seven days we will cancel the order. In the event of an order being cancelled any payment made for the goods will be refunding in full.
Return Policy
Our returns policy is simple. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty or defective you must return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging within 7 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund. We do not offer refund or exchange for change of heart. If you receive any products that are not as described, you can return them in unused and original condition.
